These Terms apply to the services of FAA DPE SERVICES, a trade name of Flightline Helicopters Inc., an Arizona company ("we", "us"), provided by Dustin Suchor, an FAA Designated Pilot Examiner, and to this website, our online forms, status pages, emails and text messages.
1. Who we are
We conduct FAA practical tests and process administrative airman applications under the examiner's FAA designation. We are not the FAA or any government agency. A Designated Pilot Examiner is a private individual the FAA has authorized to perform certain certification work. Testing follows 14 CFR, the applicable Airman Certification Standards or Practical Test Standards, and FAA Order 8000.95.
2. Requests and scheduling
A request is not a booking. A test or appointment is scheduled only when we confirm a date and time. You are responsible for meeting the eligibility requirements, completing your IACRA application, and providing accurate documents and an airworthy aircraft that meets the requirements for the test. Giving false information on an FAA application can result in certificate action under 14 CFR 61.59.
3. Fees and payment
- All fees, including the fee for a retest after a Notice of Disapproval, are shown on our website and in the fee policy on the intake form. You acknowledge them before we accept your application.
- The fee is for the examiner's time and does not depend on the outcome. For a practical test it is due before the test begins; for an administrative service it is due when we finish processing the application, unless we agree otherwise.
- A test discontinued for weather, a medical issue, a mechanical problem or another reason outside your control is finished at no additional charge.
- A cancellation or reschedule with less than 48 hours' notice, a no-show, or arriving with an applicant or aircraft not ready to begin may be charged the cancellation fee shown in the fee policy.
- We accept the payment methods listed on our Fees page. Credit card payments may carry a surcharge of up to 3%, never more than our card processing cost. There is no surcharge on debit cards. Card payments are processed by Square; we do not store card numbers.
- Receipts are sent by email to the person or flight school that paid.
4. Cancellations by us
We may postpone a test for weather, safety, aircraft or document problems, or an emergency. When we cancel for our own reasons, no cancellation fee is charged.
5. Your information
How we collect, use and protect information is described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Text message (SMS) terms
Program. Flightline Helicopters Inc. appointment texts, sent by Flightline Helicopters Inc. (the company behind FAA DPE Services) about practical tests and administrative appointments you or your flight school requested.
What you receive. Request and booking confirmations, reminders before your test or appointment, schedule and weather changes, requests for missing documents, and links to your intake form, status page and receipts. No marketing or promotional messages are sent.
How you agree. Only by checking the optional text-message box on our website request form, the flight school partner form, or the applicant intake form, or by telling the examiner directly that you want texts. The box is never pre-checked, and agreeing is not a condition of requesting or taking a test. Agreeing to these Terms or the Privacy Policy does not by itself sign you up for texts.
Message frequency varies, usually two to six messages per test or appointment.
Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan.
Opt out. Reply STOP to any text to stop all texts. You will get one message confirming you are unsubscribed, and no further texts. You can also email info@faadpeservices.com. Reply START to sign up again.

Your mobile number and text consent are never sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See the Privacy Policy.
7. Email
We email confirmations, reminders, receipts, intake form and status links about the services you requested. These are transactional messages, not marketing.
8. Website, online forms and software
You may use this website and our forms only to request and manage our services. Do not upload anything you do not have the right to share, and do not try to access another person's information. Your status link is private; do not share it.

9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as travel, aircraft rental or lost time, arising from a scheduling change, weather, a website or messaging outage, or a delayed or undelivered message. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under law that cannot be limited, or changes any FAA rule or decision process.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona and applicable federal law.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. The effective date above shows the current version. Changes do not affect fees already acknowledged for a scheduled test.
